About Roundhouse Workshop LLC
Treating your home with decades of experience, care and respect.
Roundhouse Workshop, LLC., is owned and operated by Chi Hofe. Chi started his career renovating and restoring historic railroad equipment. In 2005, he created Roundhouse Workshop to help home owners with their repair and property maintenance and improvement projects.

Chi's love of trains and experience with railcars stays with him. For a short time, he and a partner (a talented designer and builder) built reproduction railroad cars as tiny homes and accessory buildings. (Read more on page 58 here and also here.)

Chi enjoys helping clients realize their visions for their homes - be it a complete bathroom remodel or just completing a to-do list of small repairs. His wide-ranging experience and knowledge makes him an adept problem-solver for house and property issues. Above all, Chi aims for reliability, integrity, and craftsmanship.
